What - A Learn-to-Ride-A-Bicycle Clinic
Where - Pedaling History Bicycle Museum
When - Saturday, June 14,
from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Cost - $10.00 per child
What's it all about ? - Bring those aspiring riders (of any age) who seem to need, or are using training wheels, even adult non-riders who just want to learn to ride a bicycle. Take them home a few hours later as a new bicycle rider. Training wheels come off in one day here at the museum's second bike rider clinic. This is the "Suzuki" style training we've been teaching. Training wheel days will be history, generally in one session.
Bicycle safety will also be discussed and demonstrated and information given to participants.
Please bring:
> An appropriately sized Bicycle.
Note: A rider sitting on his/her bicycle seat must be able to touch the ground with his/her toes. We will assist in properly fitting a rider to his/her bicycle before training.
> A crescent wrench (if handy).
> Every rider must have bicycle helmet. We'll check the proper fitting.
> For best results plan to spend two to three hours.
> To save time at the museum it is best to remove training wheels before coming. (We will assist at museum if necessary.)
